Business Development Representative

We’re a fast-growing SaaS company and looking for motivated and hard-working Business Development Representatives (BDR)

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach via email, phone, and/or social media

2. Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs

3. Schedule demos and discovery calls for our Account Executive team

4. Use sales development automation (e.g. Reply, Close) to manage your prospecting campaigns

5. Meet or exceed qualified lead/demos quota every month

6. Experiment, test, analyze and improve your prospecting and qualification tactics. Strive to continuously improve your sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices

7. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by actively listening to needs of prospects

Job Requirements

1. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

2. Self-motivated and highly organized

3. Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Close)

4. Understanding of sales performance metrics

5. Prior lead generation and/or sales prospecting experience
