
Josh has over 2 decades of professional experience with local, state, and federal governments, as well as with private for-profit and non-governmental organizations. He has performed technical work as a community planner, preservationist, and construction manager, and he has led teams in Community Development, Planning, Preservation, and in project management. He has implemented software solutions in various systems, ranging from legacy consolidations to entirely new systems. Before joining Acta Solutions, Josh worked as a deputy county administrator, a land use and development planner, a carpenter, a non-profit foundation manager, and a consulting historian, architectural historian and building preservationist. Josh brings his varied experience to his current work enhancing customer service operations.
