Acta Product Release Catalog

This is a running list of all changes and/or releases Acta has made to its product since April of 2025. This post serves as a record for transparency purposes for IT teams to be able to track Acta's technical updates.

4/8/2025-Acta made its Browser Extension have persistent UI, meaning the Browser Extension will stay open in users' browser even after they click out of it or operate between tabs.

4/9/2025-Acta pushed a fix to solve a bug that was causing the Browser Extension to prematurely time out.

‍

4/10/2025- Acta ensured that only admins on the Acta system could create checklists within the system.

‍

4/21/2025- Acta created endpoints for its Outlook Solution to house phone flows/checklist functionality

‍

5/7/2025- Acta limited the file upload types to safe file types

‍

5/16/2025- Acta implemented phone flow/checklist functionality into the Browser Extension

‍

5/19/2025- Acta pushed fixes to bugs in the phone flows housed in the Browser Extension

‍

5/20/2025- Acta pushed WCAG compliance updates to the self-serve portal

‍

5/21/2025- Acta pushed an SSO bug fix for the self-serve portal

‍

5/22/2025- Acta made it possible to users to search phone flows in Outlook add-in, and update a recorded phone flow while it's being used.

6/11/2025- Acta pushed WCAG compliance updates for the Browser Extension

6/23/2025- Acta pushed an SSO fix for the Outlook add-in to force full login flow
